Pte. Foster's remains were found in 2003 at Veerweg No. 5 at Oosterbeek. He was reburied at the Oosterbeek War Cemetery Oosterbeek on 23 March 2005 with full militairy honours and in the presence of his niece, one of the last relatives. Meanwhile more relatives have reported to marketgarden.com, among those his youngest sister and more nieces and nephews.
